To make windows 11/10 look cool use seelen Ui it's a free product on the microsoft store and you can add your own modules here how it looks :
i use Start All back and i think it's good you can modify it how ever you like
3:Wallpaper engine :
Use lively wallpaper it's really easy to use and you can even export your own wallpaper's if you want
