How To Make Windows 11 Look Like Windows 7 ?

1. Start Menu & Taskbar (Windows 7 Style)

Use StartAllBack (Best Option)
          https://www.startallback.com/

Brings back Windows 7-style Start Menu and taskbar.

Restore classic right-click menu, old file explorer, and more.
          Lightweight and stable.

Alternative: Open-Shell (free but less integrated)

2.Icons & Visual Style

Use a Windows 7 Icon Pack

Download "Windows 7 Icon Pack" from DeviantArt or GitHub.

Apply icons using:

IconPackager (paid)
or manually via right-click → Properties → Change Icon
  1.  Use a Windows 7 Theme
Check DeviantArt for themes like “Windows 7 Aero for Windows 11.”
Use UltraUXThemePatcher (to install third-party themes).

3.Bring Back Classic File Explorer

StartAllBack can do this.

Or use OldNewExplorer (lightweight utility).

4.Windows 7 Wallpaper & Sounds

Use classic wallpaper from Windows 7.
Copy old sound schemes from a Win7 system or download packs online.

Apply via Settings → Personalization.

5. Control Sounds

Go to: Settings > Personalization > Themes > Sounds

Choose or import “Windows Default” from Windows 7.

⚠️Notes⚠️:

Some tools modify system files — create a restore point.
Performance remains Windows 11 — only the appearance changes.

Keep StartAllBack or Open-Shell updated for compatibility.
